Job Description

Screens, interview, and recommends prospective employees for employment in entry-level and experienced positions; conduct pre-employment screenings and interviews as well as exit interviews; determines optimum recruitment method to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate; maintain updated candidate profile and skill sets information in the candidate database; prepare necessary recruitment/hiring documents, draft compelling opening job descriptions to circulate online job search engines, and draft employment offer letters; act as an informational resource to new and prospective employees regarding relocation, company benefits, etc., and serve as liaison between management and employees by handling questions and interpreting and administering policies; perform new hire orientations and oversee mentoring program.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resource or Labor Relationship.
